Here at Danielle Styles we understand that not all your outfits go as planned - therefore we offer an exchange only policy so you can find your perfect fit.
 
The exchange item(s) must be returned back to us by the 14th day of receiving your parcel. We DO NOT accept exchanges on sale items.

If you would like to exchange an item of clothing, please email us at daniellestylesboutique@outlook.com with your full name, order number and size/item you would like.

If you have purchased an item in store, the same rules apply.
Your item must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase and
you MUST have your receipt in order to exchange.
Without your proof of purchase you won't be able to exchange.

- Your item MUST be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells.
- Items must be free of any stains/markings
- In the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. 

If your exchange is not in a suitable condition, your exchange will be rejected and sent back to you.

Please note that your shipping cost to exchange your item(s) are not covered by Danielle Styles, so we advise you to use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
